A survival guide for adults who were raised by narcissistic or toxic parents that did not teach them anything about how to survive in the real world. Written someone who went through the same thing and got out, and had to learn how to survive the hard way. I'm still figuring it out, but I hope that what I have learned will help somebody to not have to struggle as much as I did.
